RENOVATION-REMODEL PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A toilet supply line broke causing major flooding in this home, most areas had to be torn down to the studs and what wasn’t completely waterlogged was going to be remodeled.

Starting in the living area, the sunken floor was raised and the wall that separated it from the kitchen was removed to create an
open floor plan. New oak floors were installed and Bellmont flat slab doors were painted in the color “Amazon” for a contemporary design.

Quartz countertops, subway tile and floating shelves complete the look. The main bathroom features double vanities, a bright wallpaper as the focal point which is accentuated with black hardware and white tile shower surround. In the master suite, the owners opted to add a shower rather than expand the closet.

Heading to the basement, you will see another refinished bathroom. New drywall, floor, paint, and trim refreshes the large basement and laundry room.
