  • Repairs can address cosmetic issues but often fail to fix underlying problems like moisture intrusion.   • James Hardie siding is exceptionally low-maintenance. We recommend washing it every 6 to 12 months with a soft brush and a garden hose to remove dirt and debris. Avoid using high-pressure washers, which can damage the finish.

  • We handle all the heavy lifting, but a little preparation on your part helps ensure a smooth process. We recommend:

    • Clearing the Perimeter: Please move any patio furniture, grills, potted plants, and lawn ornaments at least 10-15 feet away from your home's foundation.

    • Parking: Please park your vehicles on the street or at the end of the driveway to allow our crew and equipment easy access.

    • Interior Vibrations: The installation process can cause vibrations. You may want to remove or secure any fragile items hanging on walls or sitting on high shelves inside your home.

    • Access & Pets: Please ensure we have access to an outdoor electrical outlet. For their safety and comfort, please also make arrangements to keep pets secured inside and away from the work areas.
